User reviews
At first glance most people believe the Annuit Coeptis release of La Leyla is nothing but a reissue of the Sky record. However, AC 1002 is a different record than Sky 002. The first track on side 2 of AC 1002 is titled Noise. The first track on side 2 of Sky 002 is titled War. The music is similar on each version and the track lengths are identical, but the lyrics are entirely different. The B1 track is unique to each release of this lp. Two different recordings and two different songs.
According to the band homepage they had to re-write the lyrics for the song "War" because the US record company thought there was too much criticism of the Vietnam war in it. So the US-version came with the similar but different track "Noise".
