Lonesome Orange Kid
Does any one know how many of these were pressed before they stopped and added Jr. ? I found my copy by chance in a used store in Boston and have always wondered how many of these there are.
My copy seems to be transparent purple. When I hold it up to bright light, I can see through the vinyl. Anyone else notice this?
Nothing personal
didn't know that about this release but no surprise since it's kdisc. Many releases made there were on the see through Quiex vinyl, usually dead quiet wax (not that it matters on music like Dinosaur Jr) and look purple or brown when held to the light
Wow big difference in sound with this one. I can hear all the drum parts and for the first time I can actually hear the bass lines, this ones a keeper. Not worth hundreds just because it's the word "Jr." is not on the cover, but I got real lucky with price on mine. For sound quality just buy the 2nd SST press they sound exactly the same as this one.
Does anyone have the sleeve only for this album? I have a record with no sleeve due to water damage.
The '130' is scratched out on mine on both sides. Does anyone else have this on their copy?
Same on mine copy
